We are a small dedicated team of development consultants, led by Melanie King, based in the East Midlands.  We can provide bespoke training courses, project management (when extra resources are needed in organisations of all sizes) and management coaching for indivudals.  We also offer expertise in the field of Driver Training and Risk Assessment.

Melanie King 

A CIPD qualified HR professional with 25 years experience in Human Resources, recruitment and people development, Melanie is an Investors in People Practitioner and assessor and has worked with over 500 organisations to achieve this award.  As a training and development consultant she works at strategic level to develop the whole organisation and with individuals in order to develop their careers.

Melanie also delivers management development programmes within large national companies, SME’s, the NHS and the Education sector.
